Apex Properties is in the business of restoring outdated, under–repaired homes to their original beauty.  The founders, Jeff & Stacey Nichols, emphasize hard work and attention to detail to ensure the end customer receives a quality product.

In addition to the founders, Apex's advisors play an essential role in the success of the company. All advisors have experience in real estate, finance or construction and will be available for consultation through-out the life of a project. They have aligned themselves with a realtor who has extensive experience in the greater Kansas City area.  In addition to geographic familiarity she also has experience working with investors and foreclosure properties.

Apex has specifically targeted Kansas City's eastern suburbs which consists of neighborhoods in which most the homes were built before the 1950's. It is a place that recently experienced substantial growth and now is in need of residential restoration.
